| WHEN JOINING AND POSTING TO THE PIXELGENIUS FORUMS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES: |

| 1- Posting of material to which you do not own the copyright is not permitted. This includes the posting of images, large portions of articles from any other online or print publication, as well as posting large portions of posts from other forums or mailing lists (unless you are the author of the post). |

| 2- Posts that are inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, harassing, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, rude, mean, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate any law are not permitted. Don't use profanity in your postings. |

| 3- Discussion of rumors of any kind, including those started on other Internet forums, is not permitted. Discussion of unannounced products is not permitted. |

| 4- We do not support "pirated" software. If a member admits to stealing software the post will be deleted. This also applies to pre-release versions of software. Members may discuss desires for future versions and features at will, they may reference other sources, but they may not post the existence of, or the feature set for, a potential product. |

| 5- Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, SPAM, virus warnings and solicitations are not permitted. Do not use the PixelGenius Forums to promote other digital photography forums or other digital photography web sites in which you have a stake. Do not post messages that serve mostly or exclusively to drive forum members to the forums or web sites in which you have a stake. |

| 6- Make sure that your message topic fits the topic description of the forum. All the forums at the PixelGenius Forums are for the discussion of serious or professional use of digital technology. If you have problems or issues with PixelGenius products or customer service, understand that the BEST way to address those issues is directly with Tech Support or Customer Service. Posts that are nothing more than rants will be removed. |

| 8- Do not post questions or comments relating to the appropriateness of another member's messages. Do not post questions or comments about the moderating of PixelGenius Forums.
