Sorry to post this question on the forum but the tech support department has not responded to my query.
I recently purchased my thrid licensed copy of PhotoKit to install on a new G5, 2.7 ghz, 8 gigs RAM, running 10.4.1 and CS2. PhotoKit will not recogize my user name or new serial number nor will it recognize my other two licensed serial numbers either. Interestingly, I had no problems with PK Sharpener or PK Color.
The time frame for my PK demo version will soon elapse. My actions are mucked up now. So how do I get PK to recognize my serial number and user name. I've tried copy/pasting from my receipt. I've tried entering the numbers manually. Nothing works.
