View Full Version : Please help....how do I get Sharpener to work in CS2?

Hi there,

A few silly questions. I have Sharpener which has worked fine in Photoshop CS. I have recently upgraded to CS2. What must I do to get Sharpener to work there? Do I need a different version, upgrade, reinstall? I believe I have version 1.2.2 (Windows XP) I purchased in in September 2004. In addition, Sharpener is grayed out in CS, and won't run. I'm unsure if this is related to the CS2 installation.

Help me please!!!

You'll want to download the most recent version from out web site; Support/Downloads.

Run the installer and direct the install to CS2 with Photoshop not running and then relaunch. You shouldn't even need to enter a serial number if you had Sharpener in CS on the same machine.
