Moving over to CS2 from CS

I would like to move my PhotoKit and PhotoKit Sharpener from CS to CS2. (same machine and hard drive.)

Any suggestions on how to do this - or - should I reinstall?

The reccomended method of installing plug-ins in new version os to re-run the installer pointed to your new installed Photoshop version. One can simply copy plug-ins over, but you run the risk of not grabbing all required components. . .if you rerun the most recent installer you'll be assured of getting a complete install. You should not be required to re-register, the plug-ins will automatically user the previous registration.

If you have the latest versions, you can just copy the plug-ins from the CS Plug-ins>Adobe Photoshop Only>Automate folder to the CS2 Plug-ins>Adobe Photoshop Only>Automate folder.

If you don't have the latest versions, you need to download them for full compatibility with CS2, in which case you may as well just install them from the installers.
