Hello...am having an issue with Photokit not accepting registration data. Far as I know I have jumpred through all the hoops:

Have you filled in all of the required information in the contact form under the Customer Support (http://www.pixelgenius.com/support.html) section of the PG web site? The contact form is the only sure way of getting your issue in front of Tech Support.

No. . .if you want immediate attention, you must use the contact form, that's what it's there for with all the required fields filled out.
