Sorry, I posted this in the wrong forum before...purchased PKS, cant download it, nothing works.

All product downloads are available under Support/Downloads from the PG Web Site.

Thank you, got it. I was trying to download via my license purchase. I hadn't realized I was buying a license and serial #

HI,

With regard to the PKS manual...I tried to open it from my pks folder and got a password window.

What password do i use to open the manual?

I tried my software serial # and no go...help?

EDIT...seems to work fine without a password....what gives?

You need Acrobat Reader or Acrobat to read the manuals. . .they are NOT designed to be opened in Photoshop.

I was opening it in Acrobat, Jeff, it seems to work WITHOUT the password. Just in case...what do I USE for a password.

You'll need to contact tech support if you want the password for high res printing. Use the contact forum in Support.
