How to sharpen larger res multi-media files?

I'm getting ready to produce some slide programs using the new Canon Realis projector and the native output size of that projector is 1400 x 1050 - which is the size of the uncompressed tiffs I will be feeding it (via the FotoMagico program - I no longer have to squeeze my images down into a Quicktime file, yea!). Since PK output sharpener only goes up to 1024 wide, do you have a suggestion as to how to sharpen these files? Thanks!
