Cross Platform Possibilities

Bought Sharpener for Windows. Thinking of moving to MAC. Would I have to pay the full price again to convert this program to MAC? (Didn't know which forum to put this question in).

We do not offer cross-platform upgrades. From the PG Web Store: "Your purchase is platform specific. Your serial number can NOT be used cross platform. Please be sure you select the correct OS version for your computer platform."

That said, we do offer, on a case by case basis, cross-platform coupons good for a discount towards an additional license of a new platform version of the same product you already own. That is handled by sending an email to customer-service@pixelgenius.com with your order number so we can check your records.

Grrr.... I've been thinking about moving to Mac when I get a new computer this year. Now re-buying software is something else I need to figure into that decision. Glad this thread came up. This could be the deal breaker.
