My computer crashed last week and I lost all programs, including "sharpener" and the recently acquired" color". Is there any way I can download them again or do I have to pay for it again?

Louis, the same thing happened to me. They will send you your purchase history with reg no. so you can just download again and enter the registration no. Go to this page:
