Local contrast enhancement

Do any of the PK Sharpener routines do a "local contrast enhancement" (the technique described for instance here (http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/contrast-enhancement.shtml))?

Otherwise, where in the workflow would you place this technique - if at all?

Not specifically, no. None of PK Sharpener's routines are designed for tone adjustments. . .just sharpening. As for when to use this, early in the tone/color correction process and before actual image sharpening.
