Capture Sharpner for Canon G2?

I've got some old G2 files that I'm working on. Should I use Digital Med-Res or Digital Low-Res capture sharpner?

From page 12 of the Sharpener manual- "Digital Low-Res Sharpen: for digital captures of up to approximately 4 megapixels (pixel dimensions of up to approximately 2500 x 1600) that are relatively free of noise and hence don't require smoothing."

Be sure to select the correct edge width for the image content. Also if shooting higher speed ISO, try Digital Low-Res Smoothed Sharpen.
