PK Sharpener not available for PS CS Action

I have had frequent problems when using PS CS Actions to call PK Sharpener. I am converting RAW files and performing a Capture Sharpen prior to other work on the file. Just at the point when the Action calls PK Shapener, I get an alert from PS CS stating "The comand "Pixel Genius PhotoKit Capture Sharpener Expert" is not currently available."

If I stop the action and re-start, it will proceed for a variable number of files and then come to a stop with the same alert.

What am I doing wrong here? What do I need to do to avoid this problem?

I would really appreciate some help, if at all possible. I am processing a large number of images and need to get them out. This problem is really slowing things down.

The action looks just like one that I use so I don't have an easy answer for you. I'm racking my brains and will let you know when I think of something. I don't think it's a sharpener problem since it happens before we run anything.

If you change the playback options from Accelerated to Step by Step, does it still happen?

What version of PhotoKit Sharpener are you using, 1.2.2? Also what other 'automate' plug-ins do you have installed?

Yes, I am using PK Sharpener 1.2.2 and PhotoKit. That's all.

One other thing to try -- move the Set File Info step to before calling Sharpener—see if that makes a difference.
