The PK Sharpener manual is a bit confusing to me, sorry. I'm trying to decide wich Contone sharpener to use for a Lightjet output that uses a 200 dpi resolution. Also, is it okay to reduce the individual light or dark contour layer if the effect seems too strong?
Thank you.

You ALWAYS use the sharpener that matches the resolution of the file you're sending. If you're printing on a LightJet at 200 dpi, I suggest sending a 200ppi file sharpened with Contone 200.

I strongly recommend making a test print first—it's extremely difficult without actual experience comparing the screen with the print to decide from the screen appearance that the file is oversharpened. Our output sharpeners are quite aggressive and often produce a nasty-looking result on screen, but the prints look great.
