I covered this in private emails, but not sure that that was the appropriate method since this new forum had been set up. So......
PhotoKit Color looks very cool! I particularly like the mid-tone contrast action and the very subtle and incremental cto actions.
However, in looking at the manual (yes, I sometimes read those) I found two page links that came up blank. Using Safari...
Under PK Color Effects:
Tone Enhancement and CT Correction came up blank
Otherwise, the plug-in seems to work perfectly in 10.2.8

Chuck,
If the locally copied user guide that ends up in the install folder blank or is it blank when you click on the Help Button of the PhotoKit Color dlog?

Chuck,

Jeff, it is both. But they are different responses in each instance. What I mean is this....in the install folder, Tone Enhance comes up blank consistently; however, CT Correction comes up blank the first time I click it, but if I click it a second time it loads the page as it should.
From the Help button in PK_Col, Tone Ehance exhibits the same stutter where a second click is necessary to load, and the same double click is necessary for CT Correction.
Hope this helps you sort this out.

Chuck,
I checked the PhotoKit Color User Guide pages you mentioned using the Help and Info buttons. One will take you to the internally installed user guide, so the pages should load very quickly since they are loading from a local disk. The Help button takes you to the Pixel Genius website where the user guide pages are also accessible, but online. Loading these pages will take longer depending on the speed of connection.
The User Guide is not final yet as I will be making changes to the layout and images displayed within it. But any help showing us screenshots of what you are seeing for example might help. Is anyone else having problems accessing the PhotoKit Color pages?

Hi Martin,
The pages in question come from the same location on my machine whether I access from within PSCS or via the help folder on the hard drive. IOW, they are NOT being loaded via the interent as you say should happen when asking for help from the PK_Color menu invoked from photoshop.
I'm attaching a screenshot with enough of the address visible to validate the above comment.
Again, it first comes up blank. An additional click then loads the page. Nothing has changed since the original posting of this behavior on my machine.
Cheers,

Hi Martin,
Well, almost all I've said before is accurate. However...(mea culpa!)...I was only accesing via the "help" button and not using the "info". So...it still takes a double click from the "help pages" residing in the PK_Color folder. But the "online version" via the "info" button works flawlessly.
Sorry to have caused consternation and confusion.
