Hi,
I purchased PK Color this morning and received my serno. But when I enter it I get an error: Please enter the serial number EXACTLY as it appears on your licensing e-mail or letter.
I used cut and paste for moving over the serno so I couldn't have typed it wrong. I've checked for leading and trailing blank spaces but none are there.
Please help me out.
I'm running Win XP sp2, and PS CS 8.
Thanks, Derek

Have you tried manually entering the serial number? Your best bet is to email tech support with your order number and the serial number to double check that it's an active serial number. Tech Support (tech_support@pixelgenius.com)

I tried manually typing in the serno, but it made no difference.
I've also emailed tech support, but haven't received any response yet. I saw that a guy using a Mac had the same problem, but the solution was never posted here.

Well, it's Sunday, so I wouldn't expect Tech Support to be answering. . .could happen though. Sorry you are having an issue. I'm sure we'll get it resolved on Mon. The previous issue was tracked down to a trailing space in the pasted serial number. . .something you've indiacted isn't an issue since you tried it manually.

I've been trading emails with someone in tech support for 2 days now and have not come upon a solution. Would someone over there start shaking the trees so one of the "Genius'" notice that there is a problem and does something about it.
I'm really quite annoyed now!

One of the Genius's is doing tech support. . .so it would be useful to follow the directions exactly and supply any and all information requested. This will be resolved, but directly with tech support or engineering.

Just a followup to this situation, seems the user bought a Mac version but was are on PC. . .the Web Store warns about licenses and serials not being cross platform. We'll work with him to get a working license. . .case solved.
