PK Sharpener suddenly needs reactivation

Hello there!

For years I now use PK sharpener on my desktop and on my laptop.
Suddenly, on my laptop, it invites me to take a moment to activate the software. Without that it can't be used, it says.

This happens when I start PK Sharpener from PS CS3.

There is a button "activate", but when I click on that, after a while it comes back with "Unable to activate. This serial nr. is activated too many times.

It's not a new installation on a new computer. Instead it seems to have somehow been DEactivated on the laptop where it was installed last year.

What worries me is that this can happen in the middle of a job.

Windows XP SP2, Photoshop CS3, PK Sharpener 1.2.6.

I don't know the answer to that one but I'd suggest you contact pixelgenius directly via their website. Yes it is quiet around here...

Thanks for replying! I already raised the problem at PixelGenius, and a rep replied with "Try again, it should work" (I did and I know).

In the mean time I solved it by renewing/reinstalling the Esellerate activation software.

I meant to report back here, but I couldn't get a word in edgeways. :-)
