Cannot activate PKS

Hi,

Strange problem here...

I have installed PKS under CS3 (French XP Pro SP2 - English version of CS3). Since CS3 is installed on partition D:, automatic detection of the installation folder didn't work. Since there's no Adobe Photoshop Only folder in CS3, I selected the standard Automate folder. I re-launched CS3 and the plugin was detected.

I was asked to enter the license number (copied and pasted to the input field) and it was accepted. Then I was asked to activate. The process failed:

Unable to activate. Press the Activate button again to try activating manually.

I did this and got the same message again. The only way to terminate this endless loop was to click on Cancel.

Anyone having had the same problem? I have sent a message to the support but maybe someone here already has the answer...

The (automated?) answer came in very quickly:

Go to http://www.esellerate.net/esellerate_update.asp to get the eSellerate
engine installer and install it.

That fixed the problem.

I think this engine installer shoul be installed with the PKS plug-in from the beginning. It took me several hours to find this information and bringing my program in business.
