Requested upgrade to Photokit Color 2 twice

Hi PixelGenius folks,

I am a registered user of Photokit, PK Sharpener, and PK Color, and have twice requested from the Photokit website the discount information from the PixelGenius web for registered users for upgrading to PK Color II, but in each case, I have never heard back from you. Please send me upgrade discount information to: scharfsj@ix.netcom.com.

If you are a registered user of PhotoKit Color, you should have received and email which, based upon when you bought PKC would have given you either a free upgrade or a discounted upgrade. Did you not receive that email?
You say you've tried to email, using the form on the Upgrade Offer, well, the form is working, I just checked it. When did you send in the form the two times?

According to your records, you bought PhotoKit and PhotoKit Color on 2/18/2005 so you would be eligible for the discounted upgrade. Which has been sent from upgrade@pixelgenius.com (I know cause I just sent it). Be sure to include pixelgenius.com in any spam proceedure you may have in place-which I suspect may have led to you not recieving the original emails and the subsiquent responced to the forms.
