Now that features from PhotoKit have (dodge, burn etc) have been incorporated into PK Color can we assume that PhotoKit development is now over?

Though you probably can't definitively answer this, maybe you can speculate about future possibilites of using PhotoKit with Lightroom?

I've been trying the Adobe Lightroom Beta. For me, it has the potential to reduce the things I need to use Photoshop CS for. I'm particularly fond of Photokit Sharpener and it would be excellent if I could at least apply Photokit Sharpener Creative Sharpen in Lightroom.

Is there any possibility that Lightroom will support the use of plug-ins? Could Photokit be utilized with Lightroom?
