We've identified an issue with running some of the Color Enhance effects on non-English versions of Photoshop. We've discovered the problem and are developing a solution which will show up as an update soon. Stay tuned...
Note, there is no issue when running a US or International version of Photoshop. We've indentified the issue with German and French (but suspect it's a problem for all non-English versions)
