PK Color 2.0 problem

Running the demo mode on a G5 with OS X 10.4.5 and CS 2 when I open the plug-in in Photoshop a small empty window appears on top of the image I am editing. I trashed the plug-in and re-installed and am still getting the same behavior. Is there a fix.

PS. I also have the problem where it won't accept my serial #.

I heard from tech support that the window is normal and necessary for the generation of the previews. So OK no problem.

There is a new installer which fixed the serial number problem for me. Thanks PixelGenius for the quick remedy and good customer support.
