Folks,
There are some images where running RSA Gray Balance (Standard or Fine) will result in the following error:

The reason for the error is that while running our RSA routines, we need to have at a minimum, certain tones and levels in the image. If those tones are not there, we can't run the routine. At this point, this is a limitation of the Photoshop SDK and the way it's exposed to automate plug-ins. We're looking into this issue to see if we can engineer around it, but at this point, the best we can offer is: "if it hurts when you do this, don't do this"!
If RSA Gray Balance Standard or Fine fail, we would suggest trying RSA Neutralize to see if there is an improvement in your image. If not, then the image is not a likely candidate for running RSA Gray Balance on.
