Thanks to Chuck, we were able to reproduct the issue of the missing CC & CT sets and Mike was able to run a de-bug version to track down where the problem was occuring. Mike is working on a fix which we'll post to the PhotoKit Color Info Page as soon as we have a new build.
This was a tricky one that was tough to reproduce, so thanks for the user help to track it down.
