7.1 Megapixel Question

I just purchased a Canon G6 which has the 7.1 Megapixel sensor. Does that qualify as medium rez or high rez with regard to PK capture sharpening?

Try it with both, but my best guess is the Medium Rez. 8MP was the cut off when we tested the 1D MII and Canon Pro 1. . .
